Our Team

Our team of staff are all people who live locally (though some are “imports” to Scotland) and who all have a shared goal of offering our customers a fantastic experience when they visit us at the Courtyard. Some of our staff have been with the business since we opened our doors and we love to see our students coming back from college on weekends and during the holidays to give a hand at the shop. It is important to us to promote what is available in the local area, so it’s a good thing we all like to have a chat to our customers - talking on the job is definitely encouraged.
