The Little Herb Farm organically grow the herbs used in their vinegars and combine these with locally sourced fruit. A ten day cold infusion process is used to produce the final product. Quality is key and each batch contains 38% to 46% fruit. Every vinegar can be drizzled straight onto salad leaves, made into a dressing, drunk with sparkling water, lemonade or alcohol or used to enhance sauces and gravies.
Their Raspberry, Mint & Chilli Vinegar is sweet, fruity and aromatic. It is delicious as a marinade for chicken or drizzled over salad leaves or ice cream.
